Community amenities include: gated with 24hour security, clubhouse, swimming pool, kids park, sports lounge and gymnasium. There is a daily Shuttle to all the theme parks.

The Great Family Room:

The Great Room is a spacious room which runs from the main entrance right through to the pool door. It is well planned and laid out for ease of use with access off to all the main rooms. It features a  Queen Sleeper sofa, a separate two seater sofa and "Love Seat". A 27 inch TV with cable, DVD and a Sony Play Station.
Access can be gained to the pool area from the Great Room via an alarmed patio door.

Kitchen:

The spacious kitchen features a breakfast bar and is fully equipped as you would expect with every modern appliance. Items include full size cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal unit and much more.
The open plan kitchen and dining area can accommodate 10.
Our kitchen has a tiled floor.
There is a washer and dryer in utility room.

Bedrooms (Two Masters & two Twins):

 Each master bedroom have large comfortable King Size beds, built-in closets and large private ensuite bathrooms. Each has a 19 inch TV with cable.

The main master bedroom has access via an alarmed patio door to the pool area.
The second master bedroom has access to the pool area via the en-suite acting as a pool bathroom.



Two twin bedrooms 

Both bedrooms each have two twin beds. One bedroom is furnished in a surfboard theme and the other is in a  classic Woody car theme. Both of These bedrooms have a 13" TV with digital satellite. They also share a full bath. 

Pool area:

Large private heated (West facing) pool with Jacuzzi. The pool area is block paved. There is a covered lanai which offers valuable shade when you want it. A really fantastic spot to sit and have a beer or glass of wine whilst you relax and plan the next day!
Fully furnished with patio table, 4 chairs and 2 sun beds.

All doors to the pool area are fitted with child alarms.

Activities and Attractions: 

To go along with the many amenities at your home, High Grove guests will have access to the High Grove Club House which can be a great meeting place enjoying a bar,hi-speed computers, community pool, pool table and  a gymnasium. 

A daily shuttle runs to all the main attractions from the main gate.

Pool heat is an extra $20 per day/$120 per week. This heats both the pool and the 
Jacuzzi.
